Ready to step into the wild and be part of something bigger?At AMES, we offer a powerful experience that reconnects you with nature and purpose: the AMES Conservation Fellowship.

Built for students and young professionals ready to take on real responsibility, not just watch from the sidelines. You work alongside rangers, take part in wildlife monitoring, and contribute directly to habitat management on our South African reserve.
This is fieldwork with consequences: the data you collect and the decisions you support shape how this ecosystem is protected. You'll live at our lodge, immersed in the rhythms of the wild, learning through hands-on experience and a deep connection with nature.Beyond the reserve, this is where personal growth happens: you leave with sharper judgment, a clearer sense of what you're capable of, and a network of people who took the same leap.
Minimum stay is 2 weeks, with no fixed start dates.
